BIG IDEA: Diversity & INCLUSION/[challenging] Norms
Diversity is the practice of accepting, respecting, and including all people. It means understanding and celebrating that all people are different and have experienced different things. What is normal to one person might not be normal for someone else, and that does not mean that either person's normal is wrong or right. In order to accept and respect all people, we need to think about how who we are affects the way we understand others.
